Additional products are terrible
NOTE: This is about the 'kit' not the Camera. Camera is awesome. These additional products are actually worse than being 'free', they will waste your time. The tripod is so poorly constructed, but because you feel you 'purchased' it, you will try, again and again, to use it, and waste your time. The pouch/bag is a terrible fit, but the fact it is 'free' will keep you from getting a decent bag. This is really more harm than it's worth. You will get so frustrated with these trash add-ons, in these situations it takes just being honest and tossing them out. They were 'free' anyway. The battery, while a poor knockoff is still an extra battery. Even though it's performance is not close to a first party canon, it will give you a little extra time and is an ok backup.
