This case seems to match Canon's usual quality. It is nice tight fit, but I haven't had an opportunity to take it diving yet. NOTE: the function, exposure, display, menu, delete/self-timer, buttons are NOT accessible. This seems like a cheap, hack for very nice camera. Had I known this ahead of time, I not have purchased either this camera or the case, or I may have gone with the Ikelite housing which appears to have full access to the buttons. I'm replacing an SD800 & WP-DC9 which I've loved for a few years now.

The Waterproof Case for the Powershot SD1400 IS. lets you take your camera safely out to sea in a boat, on a surfboard, in a kayak...or up to 130 ft./40m beneath the surface.
For the underwater enthusiast, Canon offers an optional waterproof case weight set (WW-DC1) that is compatible with all of its underwater housings. Available in packs of four, these weights allow the camera to stay put for steady underwater photography.
