Okay, but has shortcomings.
I suggest not to buy this. Poor software, easy to lose footage, expensive retrieval becomes necessary. Inadequate warranty, terrible customer support. Many other superior cameras are available.

HD for cheap.
I use this small cam for b-rolls. It's small and cheap so if I drop it or lose it I wouldn't mind it much.

Not really HD
Although it claims to be HD, it is not. It films in terrible quality when not in bright sunlight. Nevertheless, when there is a good light source, the output is more than o.k for a home video for sharing with friends. All in all a good camera, but not quite HD just yet.
