Reliable storage device
I now own 3 of these and I've always been pleased. One I've had for almost 2 1/2 years or so and it's never given me any kind of trouble. I take these with me on road trips to back up my image files. Extremely convenient because I can use my cell phone usb charger to power it. The few flaws I've found would be the slower transfer rates (usually not a problem for me - I let one card download while I'm shooting with another), it doesn't seem to like higher capacity cards (my 8gb doesn't always finish downloading - the unit drains down before then). And after a couple of years, the battery life is not as long as it used to be.
Extremely handy unit for transfer large files between locations besides just image files.

Functional
The only con to this is that the HDD is only 20 Gbs. It would be great if it was larger. Oh well.
One tip, at least with Windows Vista; It probably won't install on the first attempt. Try it again, it will work the second time. Don't know why but each first time I connected it to my two Vista machines that's what I had to do.
