It works great on my D7100. I had to costumize some bits, i.e. cutting off the flash shoe insert, as i found it to be better covered with original insert cover, and i am deciding weather i should trim a tiny bit on index onoff switch. It fits snug as promissed and lcd cover works great, provided you insert it properly. Bottom line: great product, it does the job!

It goes on pretty easy and fits pretty well. It is easy to operate the controls through it. Unfortunately, the markings are black on black rather than the white on black of the camera, and since I just got the camera, I find myself needing the markings. So it made things a little more difficult using it in dim light. It feels pretty good shooting it. It has a good feel, though I liked the original camera feel too. I think it diminishes a little of the space for your fingers around the grip. I'm sure there's a work around. All told, I went back to stock, but I may put it back on in certain circumstances, like travel.
