I bought this to give to a relative for use in her Nikon point and shoot camera. She had been using a low end Sandisk card (which I don't trust for longevity) and several times was having trouble retrieving all the shots she had taken. Although her original card hadn't seen much use I thought it was corrupted. I've used Sandisk Ultra cards in my Canon 5D and have never had a problem. I trust them for their long life and reliable performance. This card seems to have solved her problem. There are a lot of no name memory cards on the market. Their main selling point is low price. I stick with name brand cards and Sandisk is my first choice. The little extra you pay for them means peace of mind.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FOR A NIKON D1X!!! I have a Nikon D1x (firmware v1.10) and when I format these cards with the camera it kills card and I get the dreaded "CHA" error. After this, it will not read on any computer either. I have to force a format from a PC using the command prompt to get it working again. Once re-formated, it will function however the cycle repeats after an in-camera format. This issue has been reported by several users in forums and seems to affect this particular card only.

I use this in an "old" Nikon camera to take photographs of items that I am selling on [...]. Many are small items, so that I need (and use) a close up lens. This San Disk replaced a 128 megabyte Lexar. I wasn't sure that it would work. But it does and I am very happy with the purchase.If you click on the picture you will see it enlarged, The detail is fantastic, I think.

I have a lot of 2GB cards and will buy more for this price. Speaking of capacity and performance, they work very well in my Canon 40D.

I purchased this card to replace a factory one in a Cannon Power Shot A 10 Camera.The factory one had been used so much with auction pictures,I had not realized it was worn out till I used this one pictures where a lot clearer.If you have used your card a lot ie: take erase take erase over and over it is probably time to replace it.This company's price beat all others. Very pleased Highly Recommend

At Adorama's price these are a great buy. [...] After much searching Adorama was the best deal on brand name cards.I like using multiple smaller cards rather 1 large capacity card. If your out on an extended trip and only have 1 or 2 large cards and one goes bad it really alters your plans. I carry 6 of these 2 gig cards.

I use this card with my Canon 20d. I can shoot 25 frames in 5 seconds and after a 5 second wait I can shoot 25 more. Great card I love it.
