Great buy on good product!

I have used Scandisk on my Nikon D200 for several years and had no problems. The 2GB gives more RAW images and I like to use several CF cards for security just in case of a failure one does not loose everything. [...]. Great people!

Just what I was looking for

As I said above, exactly what I was looking for. I prefer several medium capacity CF cards as opposed to one large capacity card, as I shoot in JPEG and not in RAW. I have found SanDisk cards to be very reliable and their 5 pack price was hard to beat.

Excellent value, high performance

I design custom residences and both document and record my work. Extreme 111's are flawless and the 2GB works perfectly for my needs. The value was clear, great price without the hassle of rebates. [...]

Fast, convenient, but check your camera!

Reliable brand. I've never had problems with San Disk products. However, my Extreme III 2 gig cards were not compatible with my Nikon D1x, Fuji S2 or my Nikon D100. I believe this is due to an incompatibility with the FAT and is no reflection on the actual product. My Extreeme II 2 gig cards work very well, however.

Rock solid performance

I own 10 Sandisk extreme III cards. I use them both profesionally and for my personal work. They have been very reliable, and I have never had any issues with regards to write speed or image quality.

Great card!

As a semi-professional who specializes in nude and glamour photography, I prefer to use smaller 1 G or 2 G cards that write very fast. If you want quality, this is an excellent choice.

Exactly what I wanted.

I like using 2 GB Compact Flash Cards. I do not like using higher capacity cards (4 GB or 8 GB) for safety reasons. Too many pictures can be lost if the card is damaged or misplaced.

would buy again in a heartbeat

I mostly use these 2gb cards when shooting JPEG, since the size of RAW files would have me flying through these like candy. SanDisk is known for its reliability, and paired with my SanDisk card reader, these babies upload quickly. [...] has a great price on a quality product.

Reliability problem, purchased another!

I have used the 1GB Extreme III for 2 years and has worked well until the last six months. Recently the images are being corrupted, Nikon D70 can not write or read some images. I am now using the 2GB version and all is OK, at least for now. So is it the card or the camera? Probably the card.

Excellent Choice

An excellent CF choice as if you're a sports photographer like me, it's handy to have a card for each quarter or half depending on how many shots you take in one event. My advice is to buy this card and at least buy two of them, as you never want to shoot one event on just one card, because if something was to happen to card, then you're out all of your pictures.

This works very well in my D200.

I use the SanDisk 2 GB Extreme III in both of my Nikon camreas and they work very well. They are the only ones I use and I shoot around 2000 pictures a year.
