My increasing preoccupation with digital photography as a retirement hobby has been well supported by aligning with Adorama for merchandise, accessories, supplies and video tutorials. Here's why -- I have several top-of-the-line digital devices that benefit from interchangeable memory cards, for instance, an excellent Sony RX100/M2 prosumer-level pocket camera and a remarkable Sony Xperia Tablet Z slate computer. I selected the SanDisk 64Gb card as the add-in external memory card for my Tablet Z because it has the correct form factor, it is incredibly fast and reliable, and its rugged specs match those of my water/dust-resistant Tablet Z. As a Plus, I can pull the SanDisk card out of the Tablet Z, place it in its included adapter and use it in my RX100/M2, or place it into a USB adapter and use it as a 64Gb thumb drive in my MacBook Pro. I've found SanDisk's products perform flawlessly so I don't worry about their microSDXC cards losing my precious data. Also, because the devices I find myself buying are increasingly fast, the SanDisk's 80MB/s Read, 50MB/s Write speed can take advantage of their computing improvements.
