not the disk, but Adorama is the problem

Tried to buy this disk from Adorama. First they sent it so cheaply that I could not track it and I've told them before tracking shipments was important. Then we never received it and they made me wait two weeks before they'd reship and it was promised to be in my hands by the end of the week. They did not send it so it could be delivered by then and now over a week later still no disk. Tried to buy this disk from Adorama. First they sent it so cheaply that I could not track it and I've told them before tracking shipments was important. Then we never received it and they made me wait two weeks before they'd reship and it was promised to be in my hands by the end of the week. They did not send it so it could be delivered by then and now over a week later still no disk. I tried to get them to credit me and they refused so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Adorama used to be a good place to shop but seems lately they are no longer a good honest company.
