After spending some time comparing various memory cards for my Nikon, looking particularly for read/write speed. I settled on SanDisk Extreme as the best for me... found them at Adorama at a very reasonable price and received my order quickly as usual. Excellent product, excellent service, happy customer!

I ordered 4 of these to get an even greater discount through Adorama. Love the card! I have a Nikon D50, and unfortunately the card is NOT compatible with it, as the D50 is not SDHC compatible. Be sure to keep this in mind when purchasing this product... All in all, you can't beat the quality of the memory card for the value price!

This came with a "kit" purchase from Adorama...I was surprised they gave me a Sandisk and not some off-brand no name SD card. It works as it should and I've never had problems with Sandisk memory cards.

I've been happy with the performance of this card, it's my first camera with a SD card. All my others are CF cards. Price was good, and seems to write/read fast and image/video quality seems good. no complaints

the only problem i can find with this card is it is just too small for my average usage, but is a good card for getting started and learning about all the features of your new camera.

I have difficulty with this one. It is unreliable as to whether or not it will let a computer read it. I recently used it for photos with Santa, and I had to re-take all of the pictures, because it would not work in the portable printers that we were using.

Memory cards are so inexpensive, I retain trips, etc. on them as well as downloading onto my hard drive and CD/DVD's, and buy more, the cost being a pittance compared to film. This offer of 4 cards with a case is unbeatable, as is the performance of Sandisk Extreme III for most uses.

This memory card works great. I bought it because I was getting annoyed at the occasional lost picture because of a "memory card error" with my 4gb transcend. So far this card has not had this problem. The only problem noticed with this card is that once, after I had emptied all the photos onto the PC, when I put it back into my camera, the camera said "memory card error" and would not take any pictures. A reformat fixed the problem. I think that this problem was my fault, though, because I had deleted some photos off of it through the computer that I had 'protected' in the camera.

Quality memory cards are hard to find, but this one is a must have! Even recording HD video is super quick on this memory card!

I shoot at high res jpeg and this card gives me room for over 500 images using my Nikon D-90. Transferring images to the computer is fast and image quality is excellent.

I use this card in a variety of settings, from very large copy work to action shots outside. I have never exceeded the speed coefficient of the card & think that the only way I would be able to is if I was shooting Sports in RAW format in long bursts. For most non-professional photographers who shoot in a jpeg format it works great.

This goes on my EOS T1i. As I wanted to shoot HD video wanted to get a fast card and I went with this. It's quite fast (the difference is quite obvious when compared to my other cards) and that's what I was looking for.

The Extreme III was purchased for our Canon EOS Rebel XSi to replace another SanDisk 2 GB Disk. The first thing I noticed was how fast it wrote the picture to the card. Later in continious use it prefored like a champ and really outpreformend the old card. I would recommend this for anyone taking nature or sports action photos anyday.

Reliability and Performance
By GARY M.
I have always been skeptical of "high performance" memory cards, especially SanDisk (don't waste your money on the Ultra 2.0) but the Extreme III made me a believer. I tested this card against other "Class 6" and it left them in the dust. Yes, it is very fast, especially where it counts...when writing to the card. If your device can use this type of speed (i.e., DSLR) or you want the assurance the data is good, then this card is worth the premium. Also, this comes with the MicroMate reader,...
