Please Note: Not all devices support SDHC cards. Because SDHC works differently then standard SD cards, this new format is not backwards compatible with legacy SD format host devices.

I would buy this product again

I purchased the SanDisk 4 gb card along with a Pentax Optio W60 weatherproof camera to take on a cruise we had booked. As a professional photographer with four digital SLR's,all using Compact Flash cards I worried about the small size and how well it would perform. I was pleasantly surprised. Since I had 2 SLR's with me,I only took about 80 pictures with the camera, but all of them turned out good except for a few that I messed up on. Shopper  how many pictures does a 8gb card hold?
ADMIN P  It depends on your cameras image settings. An average .jpg might be 1mb which means you could shoot 8000 images. Prosumer Digital SLR shoot in a RAW mode which can yield file sizes that are upwards of 15mb which means you could take around 500 images.
