Great Little Player
Great little player. The only minor thing I'm getting used to is using Media Player to create playlists to organize the songs. I would like to be able to just send a folder over to it. It may just me my lack of know how.
Buy it you'll like it.

not user friendly
It is not as simple to use as other MP3 players I've had. I had many problems in the beginning, and the Sansa Help Desk never once solved any of my problems, and often would give me contradicting answers when I spoke to a different rep. It seems that you need to transfer files onto the MP3 player using Windows Media Player, which I am not a fan of and unfamiliar with. I have heard other users say they can use drag and drop, but I have not been able to. I think you need to have a intermediate level of computers or Windows Media Player to get started. I am finally getting the hang of it though, and once you get the music on the Sansa, it does sound great, and has tons of storage. I only use it for music, so I have no clue as to its video capabilities.
