Love this printer! Prints fabulous color, better than most online print services and very convenient with 4x6 and 5x7 prints. Plus prints text on cardstock too. Works with project life for different size of pictures. Worthwhile investment.

Love this little printer. It is the Picturemate PM 400.I have had several of these over the years and they are great. They are so easy to use and portable. Just hoping that they will continue to make these and maybe come out with a newer model.

I just bought this photo printer from Staples. Highly satisfied! Easy set up Compact design. Sturdy. Color is perfect on my prints. Ink supplied with purchase has printed 15 4x6 prints so far and still printing. Like it so much better than the HP Envy I previously had!!

The Epson PictureMate prints vibrant color photos and is easy to set up and use. I was particularly impressed with the Customer Service after I encountered a problem with delivery. The issue was quickly resolved and the follow-up was impressive.

My new PM-400 is good so far. Expensive to print photos but they are excellent. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because customer service was TERRIBLE. My buying experience was also terrible, due to them not price matching when they lowered the price by $50 between the time I ordered and the time I received the printer. First I saw that on Amazon and then I saw it on their own site, yet they would not price match. My advice is don't buy this printer until it's $200 or less.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. Was easy to connect to my home wifi, printed great looking photos right from my phone. If I could add one feature it would be the ability to print from my phone without wifi (Bluetooth or airplay). Love the size and I got nearly 50 photos from the provided ink cartridge.

I love that it's wireless and of the same great quality of previous picture mates that I have owned for years. The prints are so bright and true. It was an easy set up- great directions.

I bought to print pictures of my grandkids mainly...I compared to the pictures I printed on the printer I replaced and this printer had the most beautiful color pictures. Was easy to connect with my phone. I'm excited to print pictures...and I only need to buy one ink cartridge vs 4+ which makes it that much easier...

I've been doing graphics work for about 40 years (now retired) and this is the best 4X6 and 5X7 printer I've ever owned. I use it with Epson Ultra Premium Glossy and my results are far better than the darkroom prints I used to make. Perfect colour reproduction, vibrant and utterly beautiful.

I was a bit hesitant on getting this printer, given i have a HP photo printer, but i'm so glad i did as their picture quality is far better than the HP Photo printer i have. So much so, my mom went out and got herself one after i did a comparison of the two pictures from both printers.
