Wedding, portrait and school photographers have traditionally used luster paper for their photos. Now Epson offers this popular surface paper, Premium Luster Photo Paper, to digital printmakers. This instant drying paper produces vivid, lifelike images that rival those of traditional silver halide prints. Premium Luster Photo Paper delivers highly saturated prints by offering maximum ink coverage and a high D-Max for true photographic reproductions. Its 10-mil RC base gives prints a photographic feel, and keeps the paper cockle-free. Ideal for use with all Epson Inks.

Like all of Epson's innovative media, this paper is engineered to give you the highest resolution and color saturation possible. As always, EPSON supplies guarantees EPSON quality.

Epson Printer

It is a good paper but prints too dark for me. You have to continually raise the brightness level to achieve a decent print.

This is becoming my standard paper.

By

from Loveland, CO  -  Heavy Duty User

This is one of Epson's highest performing photo papers. It features the same Luster E surface (orange peel) of traditional silver halide prints. I use it for nearly all of my fine art photographs. I like the weight, it feels professional and the color gamut works nicely for my images, both color and black and white. Buying it from Adorama makes it price competitive with other similar brands.. Also, it makes sense to me to use Epson paper in an Epson printer.

Love this Paper!

By

from Denver  -  Frequent User

I bought this paper for doing test prints before using a more expensive paper for the final. I am really impressed. the vivid colors, true blacks, and clarity really stand out, and the luster isn't too heavy that it creates lots of specular highlights when looking at the print. I'm going to try using this for my larger prints - it may be my final choice.

Perfect paper for the Epson 3880

By

from Rocklin, CA  -  Frequent User

I just purchased the Epson Stylus Pro 3880 about a month ago and used the paper that came with it for setting it up and testing. It happened to be the Ultra Premium Luster Photo paper, so I ordered a couple of 50-sheet packs. I've since printed both color and duotone prints on this paper, and so far, I am thoroughly pleased by the outcome. Beautiful, consistent prints!

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
ESTELLE D  This is a very nice-looking and affordable paper that I use for non-archival work. It also works as a good, affordable test strip paper for Moab Colorado Fiber Satin, which is my preferred archival luster paper. I wish Epson would make an archival very quiet luster paper.
Shopper  Is this paper also Archival like the previous version?
ROBERT G  Great stuff, love is
Caryl R  would this photo be water proof?
EDWIN J. W  Haven't got a clue,sorry
