I bought this several years ago. Single page feed in the back for printing photo paper never worked. Scanner just failed.

I have owned this printer for 2 plus years. Has worked great but I tried to improve alignment of heads and found the process less than good. wound be nice if it was automatic or had a reset to factory specs. Reason for down was windows 10 took a dump and I had to restore everything. Also bought my granddaughter and eco tank unit at Costco.

I purchased the same thing a few years ago and loved it. This year it decided not to print clearly. everything I printed was pink. I tried to clean the printer nozzles, the printer head, and alignment, but still printed pink, so I looked at Walmart and found this refurbished printer that was exactly like the old one for half the price. received it yesterday and set it up today. So glad to have a printer again. I love it!!!

We bought this printer because of the wonderful reviews. It has out performed our expectations. We then had a problem with the hardware. I called Epson for help solving the problem. They asked a few questions and because of the type of problem, they sent us a replacement at no cost we just had to box it they supplied a shipping label for the return. About 5 days after they received the old printer we received our new one!!!! It came with new ink!!! Not the small black cartridge the big one!!!!

I have owned this product for four years and have enjoyed good quality with minimal maintenance requirements, paper jams and ink pad cleanings have been the only minor fixes required.

Auto roller stop working after a while. Need to hand feed document as it jams in auto mode feeding from top for scan or fax. Ink cost too much money.

i bought this off someone on social media and it didnt have a guide to set up but who cares because it was self explanatory and best of all they printer tells you what to do step by step on the little screen so far so good havent test the features because i have to buy ink

We bought this printer around two years ago and it was perfect! It printed wirelessly from all my devices and it was easy. HOWEVER, a few months ago it said it was low on toner. But there is nothing about toner in the manual nor anywhere online. Now everything is printing dull and smeared. We replaced everything on it and it still printed this way. Not worth the time and money.

We bought this printer at Costco and has performed well, doesn't consume a lot of ink, and it's an easy to use fax machine via the Epson app. About a year and a half ago, we had an issue with the printer and called Epson. They said that it was a known issue and they shipped us a brand new printer (same model). You really can't go wrong with Epson and we highly recommend their product.

I have purchased two Workforce WF-3640 printers. One stopped working exactly 1 year to the date of purchase, so the company sent me another one. That one did the same thing. I did not regiser either of them therefore I am hopeful that registering the printer it will somehow start back working. If not, I will buy a HP as my next model.

I bought this printer in 2017 and just got a new computer so had to reinstall, so it asked me to reregister. Love this printer it has clear print, vibrant photos, and ecomical ink.

I bought this a year ago and have simply been to busy to put a sledgehammer to it. After a few months of use, the printer started having error message x97. After trying to trouble shoot it, I moved on to my flawless Brother printer at work. I recently returned to the Epson printer because Customer service stated that I need to download new firmware. Well, the Epson program states that I can't download it because it is a downgrade. Kind of a catch-22. I don't have time for this nonsense.

Tried to unclog nozzles through the maintenance function while using an enormous amount of ink. Since I still couldn't the proper nozzle pattern, I used nozzle cleaning fluid. Now the printer refuses to recognize any of the exact same cartridges that were installed before the cleaning process. At this point the printer is nonfunctional and totally useless. Never buying Epson again!

I have been a loyal Epson guy for over 20 years. And I was really hoping that this would be another out of the park printer. But I have had nothing but problems with this silly thing since the day I got it. Now the print quality is so bad I can't even real the text. I have done everything I am suppose to do to fix the problem (cleaned and aligned print heads, installed updated drivers, stood on my head and whistled, etc.) and yet nothing seems to help. I have called tech support but they keep telling me to do the things I have already done. I am so frustrated, that I am looking at other brands. I just wish someone at Epson cared enough about my problem to help me out.

i purchased the printer and immediately was pleased on how easy it was to use, it prints beautifully and the scan and fax is wonderful to have as well and the ink is so affordable its unbelievable. I also love how it is just as durable as a commercial grade printer and yet doesn't take up a whole section of the room. Thank you Epson for making such a wonderful machine
