The Iogear 6ft 3.5mm (1/8" jack) to RCA audio cable allows you to connect your cassette deck, turn table, portable CD or Mini Disk players, MP3 Players, iPod and or iPhone to your home stereo receiver or stereo boom box. Andrew R  That would depend on the inputs available on your TV and the output available on your PC. As long as your PC has a 3.5mm stereo-mini output jack (like a headphone or speaker port) and your TV has RCA style stereo input jacks, then yes, in theory it should work.
