The GVS148TX VGA Audio/Video Splitter from IOGEAR utilizes CAT5e/6 cables to output video and audio signals from a single source to eight monitors or displays. The more impressive feature of the GVS148TX is that it can output the video and audio signals to those eight monitors or displays from over 900 feet away. Operating with a bandwidth of 225MHz allows for the transmission of large amounts of information at a very high rate of speed capable of high resolution settings of up to 1920x1200. The GVS148TX can maintain this data transfer bandwidth for over 300m (990ft).
