This item HP23 Tri-color ink cartridge was totally defective. It only had red ink in it -- no blues or yellows etc. I was disgusted after paying so much money for a product I couldn't use and just returned it. I will never buy anything on line again from your company.

The HP DESKJET 89cse is one of the best printers HP ever made after the new millennium. My HP Deskjet 895cse is still working after twenty one years. I continue to use the HP 23 and HP 45 print cartridges. I am very happy that I can still purchase these items. And still get the same quality print copies I always have over the years.

I have an older model HP copier, Model 270 I bought in 2001. No WiFi, no Fax, no Scan. It stopped printing in color in 2007. I just use it for making copies of articles for family/friends or bill receipts, so not having color was not an issue. Then one day I dusted & cleaned the inside.of the copier & cleaned the print heads. It began printing in color that same day. The last price I paid for color ink was around $39. I was SHOCKED when the price of $75.00 came up on HP website for this Tricolor ink. It took over 30 days to be delivered from Tennessee to Maryland. Thankfully I was in no rush. USPS is very sluggish this year due to Covid 19. One HP Tricolor ink lasts me several years, so that makes the price affordable. I took off 1 star because of the delivery time. This ink works fine. No blotches of ink or streaking....but you really must clean the print heads periodically.

I'm not sure if product came without black stripe or if I did it. I can not use product to print. I need to contact someone about returning product for a new one. I had surgery October 21st finally getting to doing them.

The cartridge is fine but it will be cheaper to get a new printer than say two such cartridges.

I was so happy that you still carry this item! My first cards came out beautifully. I will always buy this online with you as long as you have it. I tried other 23 tri-colors and even having my cartridges refilled but they never had all the colors as vibrantly as this does.

I love my 722 printer but the cost of the ink cartridges seems designed solely to get me to retire an excellent printer in favor of buying a newer, less well built cheap piece of junk printer

I bought the 2 cartridges a couple of weeks ago and it’s great to have my printer working correctly. My prints had been coming out with a bright pink backgrounds. Now they’re printing the correct way. No more pink!

I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Works flawlessly. I have multiple HP printers, have never used anything but HP ink cartridges, they have always preformed perfectly. You can count on HP products every time.

This is the first failure I've had buying an HP cartridge. The top two inches of the first page printed perfectly, then the yellow ran out and all it would print was purple. The clean and intermediate clean commands made no difference. If I let it rest a day it will print a little yellow at the top of a page, but wouldn't print a whole page correctly. I called the number on the packing slip -- the rep was nice but said she couldn't process the replacement since I purchased via the HP Google store. Very disappointed after paying top dollar for a genuine HP. Now I have to start over and call the Google number.

I've been dealing with the HP help on Facebook and I just keep getting the run around. I have an HP DeskJet 895Cxi printer that takes an HP23 color cartridge. I've had this printer since it first came out brand new and the color cartridge would last a very long time. Years. And back then I did a lot of printing and kept waiting for it to empty. I bought a new one from you at $60+ dollars I. December of 2017 and didnt start using it until 2018 and these days I don't print anywhere near what I printed when I first purchased this printer. And this cartridge I purchased from you is out of ink already. And I've hardly printed anything in a year and a half.. I'm a senior citizen on a budget. And now you have increased the cost to over $70. And the quality has gone downhill. Maybe all your products have. I expected to get at least another year out of this cartridge.

I purchased this recently with a 45 black cartridge for my old Deskjet 712c which I use with my old 95 computer. Thank goodness I can still get ink for this printer which works well even though it is slow.

This Ink Cartridge lasts so much longer than the ones I use for my newest printer. The colors are so vivid specifically in photos. I know I can always count on HP Cartridges. Thanks HP . YES I RECOMMEND THIS CARTRIDGE.

I have an H.P. Deskjet printer it is old but so am I. A few days ago it stopped printing pictures with the right colors, everything looked a little too blue. I decided I'd best purchase a new H.P, color cartridge . Sometimes it takes a lot of shopping to find a store that carries the right cartridge that fits my Old printer. But if I order one on line from H.P. I can even get it shipped over night if I need to get those pictures ( with a full spectrum of colors) sent off in a hurry. They even provide me with a pre-paid mailer to send my old ink cartridge back to be recycled. You just got to love a company that makes a printer many years ago and still after all this years makes the ink cartridge to keep it printing. Thanks H.P. Bill and Dave would be proud!

My printer is an older one and still working beautifully. One reason is that I only use original HP printer cartridges. The print quality can't be beat.

I tried the "off-brands" and "knock-offs", they simply don't produce good colors (I mean not even acceptable - missing/toned down colors), or they dry out after a couple of weeks. This cartridge is priced higher than the knock-offs but it delivers. Crisp, vibrant, complete colors and still performing like new after a month plus in the printer. I'll buy again, even at the higher price. At least I can count on this cartridge to deliver expected results.

I am so glad you still have the 23 ink cartridge. I have used the "imitation" 23 that is reloaded I suppose, and it doesn't work at all sometimes and not for very long when it does. I have, what I suppose in this day of fast obsolescence, is an antique or dinosaur of a copier. I bought it many years ago. It is an HP, as most of my electronics are, and I love it. The copier works better than any I've seen, so I am very happy you still carry the cartridge for it.

I appreciate that HP continues to offer inkjet cartridges for older model HP printers. I have used HP-722c printers since 1998 and they continue to be reliable work horses with very good print quality.

We print our own greeting cards with hp#23 and #15 ink on an old HP812c printer. The color is always high quality and very consistant as well as long lasting.
