Glad they still carry this ink! It works fine and lasts a long time (doesn?t dry out) even though I use the printer once in a while.

Vendor was excellent. HP products are overpriced an come with built-in obsolescence by way of ended support, no matter how well you maintain and care for them. Go Brother.

I have been purchasing the HP940XL Black ink cartridge for over 10 years and I continue to buy it because it works the best, although I have never used anything but this cartridge in my printer.

I have moved on to a new laser printer. Inkjet printers tend to dry up on my since I don’t use them frequently enough.

Over the years i have bought HP inks from stores other than direct through HP, and the inks have been bad, did not work, as if stored improperly in their warehouses. When i buy direct from HP, the inks work perfectly! Thank you HP!

As usual, HP ink cartridges work well with HP Printers. I never use any other brand.

I bought this two weeks ago and it is almost gone. I have printed approximately 20 pages and all four replacement cartridges have drained. I have changed what pages I have used and tried cleaning the heads and many other suggestions. I have had much better luck with HP in the past and would recommend it to anyone but this has me very upset.

HP ink works well in my HP printer. Great quality printing results. However, the cost of print heads and ink combined was more than the cost of a new printer with extra ink. This will likely be the last printer I purchase that uses ink cartridges.

I bought this about a month ago now, along with cyan, magenta, and yellow for a total of $180.00. The black is close to half full. The yellow is already going to run out soon and right behind it is the cyan and magenta, I printed a test page, aligned the printer when I first installed the new ink which gave me another quality test page, switched my settings for my printer to print all black ink from that point on and printed about 7 to 10 school worksheets for my kids and this ink is pretty much out already???? Wow. Very disappointed.

I have only own HP. I have found that my family and friends who owns other products and there projects do not look as good as when they print it off on my printer.

Bought black cartridge and awaiting delivery of 3-color cartridges as well after printer gave message that newly installed cartridges were out of date, despite only purchasing them 2-3 months earlier from nearby Micro Center store. Believe HP should mandate that sellers check inventory and return out-of-date items they encounter
