Tried 3 online sites to get the right ink cartridge for an older Hp printer that I've had for 15+ years. it's a workhorse of a printer. I know it is old but a workhorse, but when I get a new one it will definitely be an Hp printer. But back to the point. I payed a little more then I wanted to but I finally got want I needed, the right cartridge that fits and works great. Thanks Hp for the right stuff.

Old printer, still working, sadly had to take a 2nd mortgage to but these 2 cartridges. Aftermarket ones don't work well. HP is still the way to go, but expensive.

Purchased recently and it worked perfectly. My past experience with third party products has been abysmal. The HP cartridges always work flawlessly in my HP 970Cse. The only complaint is the cost of HP cartridges. I may need to take out a second mortgage on my house if they get any more expensive.

The HP cartridge is by far a superior cartridge to all the repurposed cartridges on the market, Although they are a lot less in price. You'll get your money's work when you stick with the original manufacturer product.

I have had this cartridge six weeks or so printing at the most sixty or so (not full color) pages and already my reds are pink, black faded and in order to achieve a better print I need to shake the almost full cartridge vigorously. And this isn't the only cartridge I have had that did this. I purposely bought from HP this time hoping for a better outcome. Sad that the high quality of HP cartridges just isn't there anymore...or is it a change made for the profit line.

This cartridge has never worked since I got it. I only get two colors, yellow and pink. I have cleaned the bottom with a q-tip and alcohol, and purged the system. Nada.

I use this on an older model Tabloid 1220C HP printer. Just returned 8 used ink cartridges to HP. I wonder if it would be worth it to buy new color laser printer?

The HP78xl is an excellent product n ordereing from your website is so easy. I've had my printer for many years and I find this particular size very economical n efficient. I would definately like to receive discounts on this product because I do spend alot of money on ink.

I have been purchasing HP products for my computer for years. I have never had to return anything. Everything was always perfect. When I ordered my black ink cartridge and my Original Tri-Color cartridge, my Tri-Color cartridge would not print the color out completely or correctly. I had my printer head checked and it was alright. So I call HP with my problem. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. They helped me re-order the Tri-Color cartridge and I was good to go. Customer do not forget the help that they receive from a company that they deal with. I love HP products and HP employees. And, you can take that to the bank.

Don't buy these if you live above 5000 feet of elevation! While the cartidges are easy to install, every one I get explodes ink out of it when I remove the orange covers to the ink holes. Maybe this is due to the altitude here compared to the altitude where they are manufactured, but it makes a huge mess and wastes ink. I guess I'll have the cartridges I have bought in the past refilled locally, although I'd rather have the "official" ink.

This ink cartridge is the best available for an older printer like mine. The colors are vibrant and the cartridge lasts for a good long while. You can not lose with this, the value is excellent.

I love my first printer i ever got from HP a psc750xi, i can get an extra large color cartridge and it lasts a long time even with all my card making and other print jobs. I hope it never wears out, i think i bought it in 2003 & it works as good now as it did when it was new. Good printer, thanks HP

I ordered the 78XL because it is suppose to last longer. I had to replace it after only 4 days. I am glad that I ordered two so I could keep working. I wish I had kept count the number of pages I printed but it wasn't more the 50.

This is on color ink #78. My printer is old. We purchased a new printer but i refused to give this one up. It is the best or the two. The colors are bright and accurate. This cartridge is the x-large which I really like. It doesn't need to be replaced as often.
