It does not last more than a few pages some of the colors wear out almost immediately. There used to be an XL cartridge that lasted more for about the same price

I always purchase the HP factory OEM cartridges because of the quality. Purchasing from Amazon, or ebay one is never assured of "freshness" of the product. And rebuilt cartridges are mostly junk. Thes may cost a little more but they're worth it.

Wish the HP 78 cartridge was still available in the XL format. Have used these cartridges with good results for many years.

This HP78 Tri color dies not fit my HP Officejet Pro 6978 printer. I returned the ink. My printer uses 902 Tri color.

HP was the only source for ink cartridges for my old Office Jet printer. They were in-date (some third party shippers send old cartridges that are expired) and functioned perfectly when I installed them in my Office Jet printer.

Very happy with item, but I was not warned about requiring new and different cables (which were difficult to locate) to connect to my monitor or my printer I was replacing an older system). Did delay setting it up. Once that was taken care of, the computer worked very well.

Right out of the box, the #45 and #78 cartridges printed gorgeous photos. My nearly antique HP 990cxi printer continues to be an amazing workhorse. Inreally appreciate that the cartridges are still available online!

First, Office Max no longer carries this particular HP cartridge, so ordered from HP. When received seemed to work until I realized that is will not print green or blue, even on a test page.

This is the second Tri-Color cartridge that I've purchased from you and with both, it doesn't print any blue. When the print is supposed to be blue, it prints reddish pink.

I have an old 960c "work horse" printer and it's cartridges are not easily found in Walmart, so I always purchase them through the HP website and always seem to start to run out of ink, I go online, make my purchase and it arrives on my foor step the NEXT DAY! Fantastic!

I purchased the wrong ink. I purchased 78 tri color. instead of 951. I reordered the correct ink and printing well now. Too bad I had to toss the 78 ink. There expensive.

I tried (several times) to order the 78 XL cartridge which produces around 1500 prints for about $80. The HP ordering system kept giving me an error message. I called HP but the customer service was no help. I was forced to but the regular 78 cartridge which only makes about 500 copies for over $50. No one at HP could tell me whether the 78XL would be back in stock in a week or whether HP had discontinued that cartridge. The ordering system gave no info.
