I wouldn't think of using anything other than a genuine HP ink cartridge. I like the larger size that is available in twin-paks now. I don't even have to think about it... I just order direct from HP! Delivery is quick, and I've nver been disappointed.

I have 2 HP Printers and have used them both for well over 10 years without any problems. The HP97 cartridge is for my wide format printer and it is well worth the money!

So nice to have Genuine HP back in the printer! Though the "no-names" didn't hurt the printer, the print quality didn't even come close to what I get with the "real thing". To me, it's worth the little bit more to get the superior quality output.

I've used remanufactured cartridges from other companies and they don't compare to the original, They cost less initially but the quality is low and frustration is high.

I have been using HP printers and ink for over 10 years and never had a problem until now. I purchased a double pack of 97 color ink from Staples and neither one would work in my printer so I returned them for new ones. The first one I put in worked fine. The second one I put in and ran the alignment sheet which said it was successful. When I tried to print a message came up saying to remove color cartridge and check which I did to no availl. I returned the cartridge to Staples and got another two pack and the same thing happened. The first one worked the second one did not. I am at a loss as what to do.
