I only use genuine HP ink cartridges because I've tried others which have not worked well. Genuine HP ink cartridges ALWAYS work well! They can be trusted.

upon opening the blue and yellow cartiridges they both leaked so bad it not only coated my hands but wasted approximately 1/3 of each cartridge. At the cost of these cartridges this is a significant waste of money. not pleased at all!!!!

Had shopped around for the HP 564 Combo-pack on-line and it was expensive. Have HP products but never shopped at their on-line store. I will be from now on, their cost was substantially less.

This is my 3rd order. I live in a remote area and your internet service saves me money, time and frustration. I have ordered from discount services before and had nothing but disappointment. The discount outlet product leaked, streaked and cost me time and money. Your genuine HP product has never posed a problem. Either the product with which I use this ink or the ink cartridges themslves need some major tweeking. I've had several printers over the years. I've NEVER had a printer that uses so much ink. I don't print any more than the average person , I'm retired so it isn't for work purposes. Both the black and color cartridges have to be replaced very frequently! That makes it so expensive! I'll think twice before I purchase another HP printer!!

I find that ordering the 564 combo pack instead of separate colors is more economical. The colors seem to be used equally. Works for me.
