Great service but ink runs out fast.

Terrible Delivery service
I ordered and paid for 4 ink cartridges. This one came right away - the other
3 took weeks. As a result, I couldn't use my printer for that time and I work
from home! NIGHTMARE!

Scrapped my HP and bought a Canon
After purchasing ink, my printer wouldn't even print one page before I got a message I needed another ink cartridge. Spending $100 on 2 cartridges seemed senseless to me at that point, so I threw out my HP printer and bought a Canon.

Unacceptable delivery time
There is nothing wrong with the product, however the time taken to receive the cartridge after ordering it way exceeded the promised time. I will not be ordering ink directly from HP in the future. There are alternative HP ink sources as well as alternative printer sources. If my memory serves me correctly, it took over three weeks to deliver!

Extremely Slow Response
The shipping took so long, I inadvertently placed an identical order. It would be nice if you would cancel that duplicate order!
Next time I will be going to the printer supply store to give them my business.

What Product!!
I wish I had the product to review! I ordered it 12 days ago, selected free delivery (5-8 days) and still dont have it! I could have gotten it on Amazon with next day delivery or the local office max but I chose HP for the convenience. Pathetic. I will never order from HP again!!!!

Packaging Was Beat Up

HP colour cartridges good, BUT waiting a bummer!
I replaced Cyan due to my HP printer notes. I bought it, but when installed my HP printer informed me that I also needed to replace the other 2 colour cartridges. I ordered 2 more cartridges but it took over 2 weeks for them to arrive by Canada Post.
My HP printer is 'now' up and running after losing a month of down time.

Only use the original!
Only use original HP ink. The other cartridges may cause problems!
