Cyan Ink Missing
Great product if I ever receive it, been two weeks and this cartridge is a no show and cannot get through to an actual human being at HP to rectify the problem.
The product is HP 951XL High Yield Cyan.

Expensive and time limited
Rather annoying that ink cartridges have expiration dates. I used to print more and had ordered some cartridges that did not need for a couple of years and when I went to use, the printer would not accept even though package had never been opened.

Why the original HP Ink is Best
I had bought a cheaper ink refill cartridges thinking I could save money. I also bought less expensive paper but they did not work or produce as good quality. So , I went back
HP which had a special so I bought 5 packages of paper (on sale) and new cartages of HP ink for my printer which was also on sale. now me and my printer are much happier.
