Backbone of our Small Business

We were in the market for a mid level HP Color LaserJet and our CP2025n has delivered year after year. We owned ours for about 8 years. Thank you HP for having our 304 toner. We print over a local network. Printing our labels needs more memory otherwise it takes 30 mins for one sheet...and a quick search for $20 we bought the 256mb ram module (PC2-3200, 144 pin DDR2 DIMM Memory). This makes a HUGH difference in rendering of pictures/graphics and labels in less than a 30 seconds. HP also supports printing on a network from our Android smart phones (HP Smart app and service plug-ins) !!! Thank you Thank you!

Can I get some memory and service?

Has nice specs, but if you're an entrepreneur don't bother. Trying to print out 1 sheet of labels on a Saturday. It prints out one sheet. Then on the next sheet it says it's low on memory. The forums have no helpful tips except "buy more memory". I try to reset it, try everything. Will not print out another sheet again because it's too low on memory. Yet it had enough to print one sheet out originally. Don't bother trying to call the support desk on this item. They're only open M-F during regular hours. A BUSINESS class product and there's no 24/7 support. Thanks HP. Thanks. A $10 000 order is now not going to be sent on time due to HP's glitchy printer and support.

Good Printer

This printer does a good job, with color, and black and white, but the only bad thing about this printer is the toner(s). After replacing all 4 you are looking at least 400 + dollars, its like re buying a new printer every time you need to replace the toners. HP should offer a 4 pack box of all toners. Other then that flaw, its a good printer (pictures) and Documents.

constant misprints

Cartridges are expensive and it constantly misprints, wasting paper. Once printed it looks good.

HP Officejet 4355 All-in-One

I'm using this printer with my computer. The print quality of it is best. The price of it is also affordable for us. It has an attractive shape. The printing speed is good. If we can reduce the price of consumable inks it will be a great help for people like us in developing countries.
