We were looking for a less expensive sheet fed scanner for a large scanning job, spanning several months. We decided to go over our budget for this scanner after comparing the speed and useful life of this model to lesser expensive models. Most of our files are 8 to 12 pages, with both single sided and double sided pages. It has performed flawlessly and scans faster than we can load it and process each file. We particularly like the ability to switch back and forth between one-sided and two-sided copy within a single scan job. Kudos to HP for a great sheet fed scanner.
