I am an interior book designer. This printer is perfect for the small studio. Efficient/ very fast/ nice & sharp with text and layouts. Of course one can't print larger than letter/legal size but that's a limit that fits my needs ok. Its a bit noisy...but seems quite sturdy, not flimsy. Its new to me so I will have to see how it plays out over time.

I use alot of printers costing $1000-$10,000, the 2015 has a print quality equal to the higher end models. The print menu is easy to read and understand. The only draw back is the manual feed for double-sided printing. It has quick printing (it comes with enough memory) for small to med. tasks. I use it for a small business and personal printing. I highly recommend.

Well I have the 2477 from hp and use it many times daily in my business. So I was just looking for something for the home to do more work at home and this printer is all it says it is. It is very quiet and I did alot of looking around b/f buying this one and even this same brand again but all in all it was a Great Buy!

The P2015d is the backbone of my system. When I need a two sided black copy of something off the net this baby does what its designed for. I do a lot of thoroughbred handicapping and download many pages of past performances and then print them out on the P2015d. It prints out very fast and very readable and on both sides of the paper. For me the print cartridge lasted one year and I do a lot of handicapping. You could do a lot worst if you don't consider this printer.

I've been using HP printers for many years. And, as with everything else they eventually die. My Laserjet 1200 died and I replaced it with the Laserjet 2015. I love the printer, the fact that it gave me duel tray print capability was a plus. The print engine start quickly and it puts the paper out very fast. With my business I occasionally have to print documents from Swiftview. The only problem I have with the printer is that it has a problem printing from swiftview. I have a laserjet 2430, laserjet 1300 and the aforementioned laserjet 1200 that died. None of these printer has ever had a problem printing from swiftview or any of the other print clients I have to use. I've been looking for a fix, however at this point I have not seen one. Anyway, for general everyday printing, this is a great printer.

After many years of a home-office ink jet printer, this is heaven. The 2015 is superior to the laser printer I use at my business office. It's very quiet and fast...a good value for the cost.

If you are looking for an office black and white printer, this is the one. The price, especially with the rebate and included toner cartridge, got my attention, but I was sold when I tried it out. I was amazed. The printing is excellent for both word and graphics. The speed is unbelievable. I have always used HP printers. The one this printer is replacing was an HP laser jet 1200 that worked dependably for 15 years.

I purchased this printer because I do a lot of printing in black ink. I am very happy with the quality of the print, and how quickly it works. Because I often print more than 100 pages at a time, I caution users about doing them all at once. The machine gets quite warm, so I do groups of 50 or so. I was told by the store employee that I would not get a full ink cartridge with my "new" printer--and that was simply not true. I was under the impression that my two-sided copying would be automatic, but it isn't. That's O.K., because the cost was another $150. So I will wait patiently and do it by hand. Thanks HP for very good copier.

This printer works fine as a personal or workgroup printer, as long as you are only printing Office type documents from your PC. This printer only comes with about 1/2 of the normal HP font set, thus it is NOT compatable with applications such as SAP. None of the listed specifications show this detail, it is only divulged on the HP support site.

This is a great printer. I bought it because I needed a good quality laser printer. I am finishing up law school and am on the way to starting my legal career. After using it since January 2007, I can say that this is a steal! The sheet/envelope feed feature is great and the print quality is superb. I am looking into addin the extra paper tray because I like it so much. THANKS HP!

This is indeed a nifty printer. It is fast and the output is super. There are two problems that keep this printer from being perfect. One is the information display ... there is none ... you have to figure out what the pattern of lights indicate, usually by going back to the users' manual on the CD. H-P has been doing this for years and frankly, the idea has not improved with age. The other negative here is that you cannot get a duplexing unit unless you buy the model that comes with it. A lot of stores will not stock the "d" model because it adds to the price and makes the unit less competitive at first glance. I wish I had one and I wish that H-P would offer one. The paper tray is puny but you can add a 250 sheet tray that is available separately (thank you, H-P). If you like the mystery of blinking lights and don't care about duplexing, this is a great printer ... very fast first page ... very fast.

A step above the HP laserjet 1320N. Wireless print capability utilizing the Jetdirect. Very difficult to set up wirelessly on the MAC powerbook without the help of HP tech support, but they do a great job assisting in getting it set up albeit a very lengthy processs. Very sharp text, fast, excellent envelope paper handling. Great for a home office.
