It's a cable. What can you say. It's black. Stuff goes one way through it. Then it goes the other way through it. It would have been nice to have a foot or two more in length, but it works.

This product was very simple and very easy to install with the printer. I was a bit concerned that the low price would would have to do with good quality but the product works great.

I was so upset when I moved to an area without a wireless connection when I bought my perfect HP Envy 114 printer. But after a quick online search, I ordered the cable and it works great! I've had no problems whatsoever!

My dell printer has been going down for several months. So I bought the HP 4500 PRINTER which I VERY much needed to print out some forms to get a $4000.00 refund from the tax club who took me to the cleaners for over $20,000.00for an inernet website business. then there was no usb cable included with the printer which makes it a little difficult to print in my e-mail. The web site recommended that I purchase this USB cable. The printer comes with a cable, so now I have two. The printer is on a network so I need neither. I need to return the excess cable. I'll keep one in case our network fails so I can connect it directly to a computer

This replacement cable for an old printer and the new PC looks completely different from the old cable. I expected the printer connection to be the same and the PC different. Both connections were different, so I needed assistance understanding that the old printer accepted two different type of cables.

This USB cable made setup of print & scan easier because you don't need to deal with e-feather. Everything is straight forward. Also I was told the USB cable is faster than the e-method in some case.

Ever since I installed HP printer with HP Hi-Speed USB Cable a-b, 6' (1.8 m) I have been getting all kinds of messages about driver and USB port, I have found that if I disconnect printer cable and only hook it up when i want to print, I can get everything to work. It is a nuisance to connect and disconnect all the time. Any Solutions?

i have got some catching up to do with this new teck. in the past i have been use too a printer cable useing an old stile plug with 2 bolts / but this plug and play into a usb port makes it easy for a do it yourself person like me. the people at hp suport put me on the right path ... thx so much...

I do not have wi-fi internet service at my house yet, and when I was going to print something I used my neighbors signal (with their permission) but it was very weak, so my projects would not always print, which is scary when you are a college student. This cable solves the problem and works perfectly every time, and now I can delay having to purchase an internet service until I can afford it. This cable is of great quality and price as I, a struggling-to-pay-the-bills-looking-for-a-job student like me could easily afford it. A++!

The only way I was able to connect wirelessly to my PhotoSmart printer was by using this USB cord for set-up. I had tried all of the other options. Very worth the price and was shipped extremely quickly. Now I can print out all those graduation pictures without being in the same room as the printer........I'm free......
