I feel that these are great cards and work well with my 5D MKii. I have't had any issues with them in the 4+ years I have own them. They are as good as SanDisk. I own both and will buy either for a good price.

For many cameras, there is little to no benefit when using top of the line speed cards. Look up your camera's buffer write speed & find an appropriate card. You'll gain a ton of storage per $ by going with a slower card. Primary trade-offs are pretty obvious: slower transfer to computer speeds and limited upgrade path.

Great card and works perfect with my 5D2, if you are shooting a pro series like the 1d's then you will want a faster writing card than this.

I picked up one of these as backup, thinking it was a good value. Yes and no. For the capacity, it is. In actual use, no. It is very slow. On my Nikon D300, it is noticeably slower than the SanDisk Extreme III 30Mbs media. In fact, I thought there was something wrong with the camera because it took so long to display an image. If you shoot action in high res and want to pull up images quickly to review, my advice is to buy something else. You will be frustrated with the performance of this card.

I've used lots of different types of CF memory cards and these are as good as any available. No issues at all. They write fast and none of my photos have been corrupted on them. Also the price is reasonable, which is always a plus!

This card has never corrupted any data and has not let me down. Lexar is an excellent brand, too. This card is not the fastest-rated, but my Canon EOS 50D can burst at least 4 JPEGs to it as fast as I can shoot them (with external flash firing), meaning multiple frames per second (I haven't timed precisely how many per second). I do prefer a higher speed, and my other cards are faster than this one, but I use this one without hesitation as part of the rotation.

The Lexar 16 GB has never given me a problem. I use it as my main CF and it's never had a problem. And I would have to do a ton of shooting to fill up the card.

I purchased this to take to a conference and sadly could not test it before I left however, it was perfect. The write speed was a little slow but nothing unmanageable. Very reliable and plenty of space for the conference.

I use these cards regularly in my 5D mkII, and so far have been happy with them. I wouldn't use them if you need super fast write speeds, such as when shooting tons of exposures continuously, but for normal day to day use, I think these are sufficient. Large storage capacity, decent pricepoint.

I previously used Lexar Pro 8 gig, 300x cards. They don't get me thru a full day of shooting (events). So, I bought 3 Lexar Platinum II 16 gig 200x cards, which seemed like a good value. I tried once, and have gone back to using two Lexar Pro 8 gig cards in a day instead. The Platinums are S L O W. Much more so than some of my really old, cheap cards (SanDisk Ultras and others). It takes for ever to bring the images back up on the LCD for review (D700). I'll be putting these on Craig's list soon. What a waste of money.

I bought this when it was on sale. It works just as described, and its fast enough for full 1080p video on a 7D.

Getting 3 16GB CF cards for a great price is always a steal! It was a great purchase and I'm glad I didn't wait on it, because we all know great deals never last that long!

Mostly, I use the card when I'm working on weddings and traveling, since I don't have to worry continuously about capacity. Yesterday I used it in a sports event and didn't notice speed issues. It is reliable, fast and (in my opinion) had great value.

This flash works great with my iPod Mini 2nd gen. At first I was unsure whether to buy this or Transcend, because the tutorials say you need ATA compatible compact flash, and every one has been using Transcend in the comments. I'm here to say that Lexar worked fine, and I am now currently enjoying a 16 GB iPod Mini. Awesome.

Use it in my Nikon D300s primarily for video where I'm not concerned about download time like I am shooting RAW with my D700. I've never had a Lexar card fail me, not even the one I literally dropped into a puddle of water.

What else can I say besides that it is cheap with a great value on it. I used it mainly for photography and video all at the same time with my Canon 5DMarkII. Its like I'm never going to use another because of its large capacity. Thanks Adorama!!!

I don't shoot sports so speed isn't important. Large capacity and reliability at a good price are important and this product meets that standard.

Has some limitations for sports photography (writes a bit slowly). Otherwise, this is a reliable card at an excellent value.

Nothing too cutting edge about the 16 GB Platinum II memory. But I needed a larger capacity CF and this one had a great price.
