I started doing Fine Art photography and everything I shoot is shot in RAW. This size card is perfect for me. Over 600 images to a card which is enough for a days shoot. Then everything gets transferred to my laptop in the evening.

I was having a diificult time finding this card when I came across with Adorama's sale. I had used the same card in iraq and it took the heat and cold of the desert, but the "old ones" were only 4GB. Great buy!! looking foward to a long of use under similar conditions.

I needed to purchase some CF cards for my new camera, and the ones that came with it weren't doing me justice in writing speed nor storage. Am always looking for good deals and reliability, contruction and performance. I saw this two pack of professional CFs cards offered at Adorama by lexar with writng speeds of 400x. I just jumped quick on it. Besides that the price was right, i know lexar brands are very powerful and fast. Ever since i brought the cards i have never had any issues whatsover. I totally can pass the word forward for others to buy. You won't be dissapointed.

In 10 years this is the first time I have had a defective card. You can tell the quality of a company by the way they treat you when you have a problem. Lexar is first class. I use their cards exclusively and would not even consider another brand.

I have used other Lexar 8GB cards. They preform just as well as the others did. No problems and more speed. The old ones were 300x with the new ones being 400x. I like the speed during download to the computer.

Very reliable. I have gotten rid of all the other brands of CF cards in my supply and plan only to buy Lexar Pro cards in the future.

I have not had any problems with these cards. I like the fact that you can restore erases images. Have not tried this but I liked the added incentive of having this backup feature.

Use for wedding photography. The cards fail and Lexar support is useless.
