The reviewer that complains about the screen size appears to not know how displays are measured. When a screen is announced as 7", that measurement is taken from opposite corners, such as from bottom left to top right. 6.1"x3.5" is a 7" screen.

The written manual does not provide enough info and is close to useless. WARNING: If you want to take advantage of the 16:9 aspect ratio and your working with a 4:3 computer monitor you better know how to convert your jpegs! Otherwise your subjects will be short and fat. The 4:3 portion works well but that's not the reason why I bought it. Although the box describes a 7" LCD, the actual viewing size is 6.1"x3.5", a 13% viewing loss. I consider that significant since the screen is small to begin with. There's no mention of what the icons mean. There's no mention as to, how-to-prioritize, your pictures so that it will appear in the order you want. However, if you want random pictures in 4:3 mode on a 16:9 screen, then this is ok.
