I haven't had to use the warranty yet, however its a great piece of mind, especially when geting a refurb. But the refurb camera i got was amazing, looked and worked like Brand new!

I have used this warranty on a previous product. Service was faster than expected, done right and the problem with my camera was explained to me in understandable terms. With expensive camera equipment repairs can sometimes cost more than the original purchase price.

I live in Europe and unfortunately, at the time of purchase, I did not realise that the warranty covers only U.S. territory. Have to read through details more carefully next time, but otherwise great option to have.

Bought a refurb camera for my son, so I wanted the extra peace of mind that comes with an extended warranty. This fit the bill at a good price.

I'm really hoping that I don't have use the warranty, but I'll be glad to have it if the need arises.I worked in camera retail for over 10 years, and we sold Mack warranties. This one was priced very well for 2 year coverage, and I know that Mack is a name that I can trust. The biggest problem I've ever seen with Mack service is the turnaround time, but if [$] and a few extra weeks will save me potentially a couple hundred or more, than it's worth it.

I decided to buy a refurbished body. Since the refurbished bodies (Nikon) only have a 90-day warranty, I wanted something that would cover any potential repairs. This seems like a good value. Registration is a breeze. Haven't used it yet, and it's fine by me if I never do.

Great value! Other, similar warranties were twice as much. I have had to use their warranty before on another product and the service was great!

This is something I purchased and hope to never use. However, it extends he warranty by two additional years for a remanufactured camera, which means it has a 3 year warranty. Now who would not buy this? Such a value!

I was shooting with my refurbished Canon 40D, when it suddenly gave the dreaded Err 99 message. I tried everything...cleaned all the contacts, turned it off and on, changed the battery, you name it...and nothing worked; turned out to be a blown shutter, which would have been a $200+ fix without the warranty. So I sent it in to Mack for repair, and they did it perfectly. However, it did seem to take a long time (3.5 weeks) but this was around Thanksgiving/holiday time so they were closed some days and this delayed things a bit. Still, check the expected repair times on Mack's website and don't assume you'll get your gear back in a shorter period of time. You absolutely won't regret getting this warranty...seriously, if you're spending $800 on a camera, why risk having to pay that much to fix it? I could not be happier with this purchase.

Very good add on to my new camera. It even covers a yearly cleaning.

What can be said about a warranty but weather you have a good one or not. This warranty is very good it isn't expensive and it is easy to register. However I can not comment on the service as I haven't needed to use it yet but I do buy them for all my purchases the old saying is better safe than sorry. Since I never had to use the service I gave this review four stars.
