The TZ3 uses a different model of battery. This charger is for BCG10 battery which has four metal contacts. The TZ3 uses a different battery, the CGA-S007, I believe, which only has three metal contacts. Try to find a charger specifically for the CGA-S007 battery.
Shopper : According to the reviews the DE-A65BA is the battery charger for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS20 Digital Camera, and yet the ZS20 is not listed as one of the cameras models for this battery charger. Panasonic now provides a cable for USB charging which can be quite convenient when traveling as you co not have to pack a charger.
