Pro: - Excellent camera quality that no other smartphone can beat. RAW can give you more details then JPEG from the body. - Fast focusing - 2600mAh Battery life isn't as bad as I expected - Android 5 update readily available - Clean OS very close to original android experience - Speaker hole can also serve to attach a hand strap - Hold securely with one hand - Solid build quantity - Distortion control is great with the 28mm lens Con: - Phone isn't as responsive or smooth as other android flagships, but it's acceptable to me. - Exposed lens is a concern for longevity. I frequently touch the camera switch when putting in or pulling out of my pocket. I now use 2 step-up adapter rings (37-43 and 43-46) and an UV filter to protect it. - The screen is dim when shooting outdoor - When wearing polarized sunglasses, the screen is only viewable in landscape, not portrait. It make sense for camera, but not good for phone. CM1 is for those want to have a decent camera available all the time, but don't want to carry another device other than a smart phone.
