Lasted longer then generic copies

I had two Pentax batteries and two "other" brands. The "other" brands seem to suffer from use and lose capacity. The Pentax batteries don't show this lost of power capacity (operating time in camera).

Tiny and good to have along

I have too many battery chargers in my life and decided to carry the tiny spare battery rather than the bulky charger on vacation. The battery life on the Pentax Optio W60 is not great and I get about 3-4 days of shooting and stingy viewing. When the old battery expired I popped in the new charged one and finished out the week. It was worth the extra money to leave the charger at home.

better than some non-OEM batteries

Lasts longer than a couple of cheaper non-OEM batteries with supposedly higher capacities which I bought for the W60, especially in cold weather (15 degrees F + windchill - skiing). However, it still doesn't hold up as long batteries in some other P&S cameras, so carrying more than 1 spare is a must especially if you aren't going to be able to recharge on a daily basis. At least the battery is small - about like an SD-card case.
