do not purchase this camera if you are going under water

Ricoh claims that this camera is waterproof and can be used for 2 hours at a depth of 14 meters WATERPROOF 14M: With features that include uncompromising waterproofing good for 2 hours of continuous use at a depth of 14 meters I started to use this camera under water last week started December 7 and discovered that camera is not waterproofed for 2 hours. It started linking in 30 minutes and became dead soon. Warranty rules: 1. Ship camera to repair 2. Tech will decide: it is under warranty or not. Guess what will he/she decide? 3. You provided credit card info for shipping back 4, result: you pay for shipping both way to check tech opinion Conclusion: do not purchase this camera if you are going under water

great addition for micro

I bought this to do the Micro photo and have been enjoying taking it with me when I take my DSR. It has allowed me be micro with out allot invested.
