Best headset I've used in my life.
I've used a few different bluetooth headsets and this one surpasses them all! It was a Christmas gift from my wife and I use it for anything from business calls on the road to chatting with my brothers from Wyoming (I'm in Pennsylvania) while I'm taking care of my two little girls and doing household tasks. This set hasn't let me down yet and I use it ALL the time. Great product!

Jawbone Sets the Standard
The Jawbone does the best noise reduction of any headset I've tried. I've even had folks ask that I go to the headset because the sound is better than directly from the phone. It is both clear for hearing, and to the listener.
The only issue I've experienced with the new smaller version is that ear-only mount is not that reliable - still need to use the over-ear loop.
