I bought this about two months ago. The speaker works OK, though the battery doesn't last as long as I would like. The Bluetooth connection will also drop. I am also annoyed that JBL continues to sell this model but does not provide support via the JBL Connect app. I emailed customer service to ask about this but did not receive a reply.

The sound quality is fantastic! It brings any room to life when I turn it on. Easy to carry and travel with. It also came with a nice case.

I love my speaker. Its durable (Im a little clumsy lol), it has great sound, and its bluetooth. I've had it forever and haven't thought about buying another speaker since. However, the charging port seems to be lose and I can't charge it. From what I've researched, that's a common problem with the beloved little speaker. Also if you don't have your receipt, you can't send it back to JBL. So, kinda out of luck. Sad that my speaker is dead and gone lol but happy because I know its such a great product.

I like it because it is easy to play and it is really small to carry out and can play wherever I want it I think is the perfect speaker

I loved this speaker with all of my heart but the charging port apparently has a common problem where it just stops charging forever and then you can't use your speaker anymore. Granted I have had it for about 2 years so you can decide whether thats an acceptable amount of time to keep a speaker. I was expecting to keep it for much much longer.

I got this as a gift last Christmas (2016). I love this speaker! Has (or should I say HAD!) great sound and is small and very is to take along anywhere. About one month ago, I noticed it wasn't charging like it used too. The charging cord is loose and it can take me up to half an hour to find the correct position to charge. I have to move a cord a certain way, position the speaker a certain way and even have to use computer keyboards to help get the cord in the right position. If the cord, plug or speaker moves the slightest bit, it stops charging. What can be done to fix this issue??!! I really like the speaker, but if I cant get it to charge, it is nothing more than a big expensive paperweight! I have sent an email prior to this review and got no assistance or response. I would love to give this product an outstanding 5 out of 5 stars across the board. Due to no response to my email and having the issue to begin with, I cannot give that rating. If my speakers charging issue is fixed in a timely manner, I would gladly give 5 out of 5 rating. PLEASE HELP!!

The sounds is best but battery doesnt last just my luck got a Defected speaker. Battery only last 5 min at full charge.
