I like the fact that I can get 1000 shots on one card. There is room for an occasional good shot I might make.

I got this card at a great sale price - haven't seen it as low before or since. I wasn't sure I needed 4 GB of memory but I love it & it came in real handy when I was at CMA Fanfare in Nashville in June. It was great to have just 1 card & not worry about switching. Plus, it's fast! Even at regular price, it's a good deal for a great card!

I don't require super read/write speeds, although this card's speed is excellent. The cost per megabyte, including the rebate, made this an unbeatable value.

It's really great for the price. The size is also very convenient: for casual shooting, it's the only card I need to bring with me.

I use this product to transport images between computers, especially between college classes and my home PC. It works fast and reliably any time.

I use this product all the time. I used to have a 2GB card that I was getting close to filling up. So I purchased this one and now I just shot and don't worry about storage space.

Good value for the money. Have used the card about 4 or 5 times so far. So far, so good.

I resently bought the Kingston 4 GB Flash Drive to take with me on a safari in South Africa. The quality of the photos is awesome! I was asked when I developed them if they were done by a professional - no just an enthusiastic traveler. For the price and quality, buy an extra. You never know when a lion, elephant, or beautiful sunset needs to be captured.

If you do events, weddings, graduations or sports and shoot RAW this card will help. It's not the fastest or the latest, but it is solid and reliable. The price is good and gets even better when Kingston offers a rebate. I've used and abused Kingston CF and SD cards and never had a problem with any.

These cards are a great value. I have already suggested to several of students that they buy this card. Great size. Good speed. Very reliable. Rebate does take a while. It does show up. I do not like this marketing scheme. Just give me a good price!

Seems like yesterday when I was impressed by the speed of a 40X Compact Flash card. Now we're at 300X, and there's no end in sight. Truth is, for 90% of my work, 45X (these cards) is more than sufficient by a wide margin. Reliable, fast enough, and a great warranty. What more could you ask for?

I use a Canon 5D digital camera and I am shooting both raw and best quality at the same time. The 4 gig card allows me to shoot more images on 1 card.

So far this has worked well in my 30D. For average shoots, the write speed is not a problem. With the large camera buffer, I can even knock off rapid fire frames. I download through a card reader and find that the transfer time is not a problem.

Massive storage space, combined with a reasonable data transfer rate make this a solid choice for a CF memory card. Shooting RAW, I can fit over 450 images on my 8mp Canon EOS 20D.

Great capacity. Holds almost twice as much as we need shooting underclass photos per day. This card is quite slow in deleting unwanted shots in the camera.

The 4GB 45 X Kingston flash drive is all it has been advertized to be and then some. Up to now I have been using 1 and 2GB flash drives. Nice to be able to shoot a lot of digitial photos in RAW without stopping to replce the flash drive every couple of minutes. When I am shooting I get so involved that I forget to check how may photos I have left and find myself replacing the flash drive just when I want to take a photo. This flash dirve has all but eliminated this operator proble.

I've compared this card in my Nikon D70 to a Sandisk Extreme III for multiple shots. The Sandisk EIII states a minimum 20MBs where the Kingston (this product) is 45X or 6.75MBs transfer rate. With the faster write time, I can shoot 60 pictures in 30 seconds (continuous shooting) on the EIII. The Kingston is good with continuous shots (the camera has an internal buffer afterall), but can only squeeze out 30 shots in 30 seconds. So, noticeable difference, but still an excellent value for the price I paid!

This 4 GB card has been great. It is fast, durable, and reasonably priced. I use it with a Nikon D70. I haven't filled it yet in a day of shooting. Photos are high quality.

Most of my CF are Kingston. Have used this card in a couple of events. Like my other Kingston cards, this card proved to be as reliable as the others. Highly satisfied.

Great product, no glitches, very sharp images, I'm using a 30D and have NOT had to "wait" on the images to save. And for the price - Get two!

The Elite Pro line offers a memory grade for enthusiasts and professionals who require higher write speeds and lower power consumption from their CompactFlash cards. This allows Elite Pro users the opportunity to get additional speed and performance out of their flash memory based equipment
With image files quickly growing in size, the time it takes to store or write those files to a Flash card is becoming an important buying criterion for prosumers and professionals. Today, many Flash cards are sold with an "X" speed rating that is similar to how CD-ROM drives are sold. This rating system gives users a performance indicator of how fast the card can transfer images.
Kingston's Elite Pro/Ultimate Flash Cards "X" Speed Ratings
Kingston defines X-speed as the write speed, because users generally care more about how long it takes to write data to a Flash cardwhen using it in a digital camera or cell phone. Typically, read speeds are higher than write speeds for Flash cards, so the write speed is more meaningful when measuring performance.
45X Elite Pro/Ultimate X Speed = 6.75 Comparable MB/sec.
50X Elite Pro/Ultimate X Speed = 7.50 Comparable MB/sec.
Kingston Elite Pro/Ultimate Flash Cards for Quality and High Performance
Kingston's Flash cards deliver on the quality and high performance needed by prosumers and professionals alike. These cards also have speed headroom to support users who plan to upgrade later to newer and faster host devices.
