Added this 133x 4GB CF card to my current 1 GB Ultra II. This card is noticeably faster than the Ultra II when transferring photos.

great deal especially with the rebates. It is as good as the Lexar cards I used previously. Fast and good quality.

This is by far the best buy in a high speed CF card. The rebate was the icing on the cake. I see no difference in performance from a SANDisk, just a whole lot less money.

I have been using Kingston cards for about 2 years now and they have been superb in reliability. I had one issue with a 4gb card freezing up on me so I contacted Kingston and they replaced the card with no problems at all. That is what I call customer service!

I have been very pleased with both the capacity and speed. I have been using 2 of these cards with my Nikon D200 with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend them and will likely purchase additional ones.

I've used this a few times and have found that it is a wonderful product. You can snap away and it writes very fast. Great if you use the continuous shutter release feature on your camera.

The Kingston cards are the fastest largest capacity cards on the market for the cost. You can pay more for cards that are a little faster, but there is no reason to do so. You can also find cheaper cards, but they are not as fast and reliable.

I've been using 3 2GB Elite Pro cards in my 20D for a while now and grabbed one of these last month. I'm not sure it's any faster than the Elite Pro, but having a 4GB card means I can do a short photo session on the one card (I shoot Raw+LF jpeg). I've compared the Elite Pro to a Sandisk Ultra II and they're about even, with maybe 1-2 more shots (out of 35 or so) in LF jpeg mode before the buffer fills completely.

Since I have only had this for a couple weeks, I have only used it a few times, but it has already served me well. As an owner of Kingston CF cards in the past, I expected that this product would be good, and it is. I bought this card because I shoot in RAW format and the files are very large. I just shot a wedding this past weekend and it took several hundred pictures with no problems. It seemed to be plenty fast in my Canon Rebel XT camera, and having the included recovery software (though I haven't had to use it) is nice for peace of mind.

Very heavy repeat use during destination wedding photography. Lots of clicks, lots of insertions and removals, lots of reformats. Been using four 4G cards for about 5-6 months. No failures, no lost files.

It's a great price & capacity, but the card is so slow it's almost unusable in burst mode on a Canon 5D. Transfer to PC is also VERY slow. Apparently 133x doesn't mean the same thing for Kingston as it does for Sandisk.[...]

The Kingston Technology 4 GB, 133x card is very reasonably priced for a higher speed card. Have used this card for last six shoots and not experienced any issues. Also have down loaded to three different readers with no problems. Last shoot was over 400 shots at high resolution, and photos all down loaded quickly.

When high storage volume, superior quality, and extreme transfer rates are vital, the CompactFlash Ultimate 133x gives impressive professional results.
With image files quickly growing in size, the time it takes to store or write those files to a Flash card is becoming an important buying criterion for prosumers and professionals. Today, many Flash cards are sold with an "X" speed rating that is similar to how CD-ROM drives are sold. This rating system gives users a performance indicator of how fast the card can transfer images.
Kingston's Elite Pro/Ultimate Flash Cards "X" Speed Ratings
Kingston defines X-speed as the write speed, because users generally care more about how long it takes to write data to a Flash cardwhen using it in a digital camera or cell phone. Typically, read speeds are higher than write speeds for Flash cards, so the write speed is more meaningful when measuring performance.
100X Elite Pro/Ultimate X Speed = 15 Comparable MB/sec.
Kingston Elite Pro/Ultimate Flash Cards for Quality and High Performance
Kingston's Flash cards deliver on the quality and high performance needed by prosumers and professionals alike. These cards also have speed headroom to support users who plan to upgrade later to newer and faster host devices.
As the world's leading independent memory products manufacturer, Kingston uses only top-quality Flash chips and manufactures Flash products in state-of-the-art factories. All cards come with a lifetime warranty, 24/7 technical support and Kingston's legendary reliability, making Kingston the ideal memory choice for Flash storage devices.
