VERY FAST TRANSFER
This is a huge capacity card,(approx.1800 jpgs at the highest resolution setting), I use in my Sony A300. It transfers jpg.s very fast with Win XP and Win 7 both x64s, as well as arw.s or photoshop's version of raw. It seems to be able to keep up with bracketing or multiple shots just as easily. So far it has been reliable and looks like it's made of good stuff. Not cheap materials. I would definitely buy another just for storage or backup. SHELLBACK SEMPER FI

Stopped in to Adorama because I forgot to bring a CF card with me that day. Needed something cheap and this was it. I don't need a particularly fast card, so I don't pay attention to speed. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. A case to go with it would have been nice... but who really cares for the price!
It's hard for me to give my opinion on this card as I bought it as a gift for someone else. Not sure if they've used it but haven't heard of any problems.
While not the fastest card on the market, just how fast of a card does a photographer who shoots mainly still subjects (think: landscapes, portraits, astronomical) really need? Right! My point exactly! And the relatively low cost lets me download the images incrementally then, when the card is full, make a few notes as to what's on the card (dates of shoots, subject matter), then file the card away as an archival back-up instead of erasing it. A photog does not really want more than 8GB for this; larger cards can get unweildy. The only real drawback that I've discovered is that these CF memory cards do not come with a protective case. Other than that, all systems are "Go!"
I use the Kingston Technology 8GB for pictures with my Canon digital Rebel camera. It is great because of all the memory; you can take hundreds of raw pictures or thousand of jpegs. For the price, this is an incredible deal.
I'm using this for an older camera and, although the camera has issues (some of the CF slot pins are slightly bent), the CF card works great and the price was the best I found. I got free shipping (5-7 days) and I got it in less than 5 days.
I shoot with a Canon 5DII and this is a great card. Kingston cards have been a great choice for me. Reliable card and it's not breaking my bank!
Great card and great price.
For the price this was worth trying. I bought two to expand my overall capacity for large events. The image quality and operation are no different than those captured with cards costing 2-3times.
As reliable as the sunrise
I use this card shooting weddings, seniors, families, everything else. There's never been a moment of concern that the 5Dmk2 or 7D couldn't write fast enough, even in video mode. Absolutely recommended, especially if you can catch it on sale.
