Make sure to put in the tiny stop screws for maximum protection in the tripod head.

EF 300mm f/2.8 non I.S. lens plate

Fits nicely on my Cannon EF 300mm f/2.8 non-IS lens. I see the IS version uses a different plate. Fits very well into my Arcatech adapter. Holds the lens very solidly on my monopod.
