It's the good stuff

Sent this home with my summer camp students to practice on their own. They were thrilled.

Fine for bulk/school developing

By

from NC  -  Semi-pro Photographer

The standard stuff, reliable and priced fairly. I hope Kodak continues to manufacture it. Also wish Adorama would send large orders in sensible shipments. I ordered 50 packs and had three shipments (owing to their stock/inventory I guess); one of which was 2 packs... a total waste of shipping resources.

Good Old Stand-by

By

from Largo, MD  -  Pro Photographer

I needed this developer for a photography class at a community college. We normally use Sprint Cemistry but ran out and needed this in a hurry. Adorama shipped this out really quickly and the class was saved.

D-76 is the standard for B&W developer

By

from Croton on Hudson, NY  -  Photo Enthusiast

D-76 is the standard black and white developer. Works with just about any B&W film (except maybe high contrast microfilm and other unusual applications). Tri-X 400 mix 1+1 at 75 F. for 7:45 minutes. Really nice tones, contrast and grain. Simple to mix, just follow instructions. Lasts well in the bottle. If you are starting out, you can't go wrong with D-76 and you may never need to try anything else.

We consistantly buy this product

By

from Mechanicsburg, PA  -  Photo Enthusiast

Our high school art program includes traditional black and white photography classes. This is the product we use with our students to develop their film. We get consistant results and that is important!
