Adequate but not ideal
I bought this on sale. I needed a cutter promptly and didn't have the time to wait for an exchange when I saw it was defective. The rest / guide / whatever you want to call it isn't at a perfect 90 degrees so cuts are not correct, and it's glued on--you can't loosen a screw and adjust it. I use the printed lines (which are correct) to make 90 degree cuts and it works fine that way.
