We love our LG TV, I dont know if it is the TV or the remotes, But we had to buy a new remote cause the one that came with my LG TV, kept messing up...the buttons wouldn't work, and the channels would take their time changing. I would surely Recommend this LG, if you could fix the remotes. thank you so much.

I was very happy with the quality, and features of this tv, while not expansive, were enough for me. Unfortunately I was barely out of warranty when the thing decided to shut off one day and not turn back on. I used it about 4 hours a day on weekdays, not on weekends. And sometimes I would go a week without using it at all. I feel kind of cheated. Maybe I just got a lemon? Anyway up until it broke like I said I was happy with it. I'm planning on having a tv repair place fix it. And depending how long it lasts after that, maybe my opinion will change, but I will only give this 3 stars for now and would not recommend it to others.

We purchased this TV as a Lease to own brand new out of the box when we got it. Have had to put it into repair shop two times in less than one year for the same problem. TV turns itself off and will not turn back on. We just got it back from our last repair job and it is already having the same issue again. It seems like it is a very common problem with this model. Maybe that is why it is being discontinued.

Your plasma T.V. ROCKS (LG 42PT350) !!!! I first bought a LED T.V. and had to take it back, I could not get past the slow refresh rates and choppy images particularly with Video Games (PS3) and Action Movies and I was always having to change picture settings, etc trying to make it look like a real TV! The Plasma T.V.'s are like a real TV!! I went and bought this LG Plasma and have never been happier! When I got it home I set it up and did the color calibration and have not had to mess with it since! I don't understand why more companies don't make more Plasma T.V.'s! If you grew up watching Picture Tube T.V.'s like me then you will want a Plasma T.V.! You will not be disappointed! Keep up the great work LG, YOU ROCK! Keep making these PLASMA T.V.'s!!! My Dad is about to buy your newest model because he likes mine so much! NO MORE LED FOR ME! These other companies are ripping people off with the LED T.V.s!

from the moment we set up our TV we have had a great picture and sound... the only thing i can complain about is the auto volume leveler doesnt work with the commercials like it supposed to... i think it has to do with the fact that the sound is routed through to the surrround sound... Wasn't sure what to expect from LG televisions (the only previous experience with the brand is LG's washer and dryer - which are great). For an entry-level HDTV the colors and picture quality are outstanding and the slim design is among the best. Compared it to many other brands and you'll be hard pressed to find a better value. Strongly recommend.

I've been using this TV for about a month now and I do not have one complaint yet. I found some good picture settings online and set up my TV and the picture is great. Absolutely no problems with screen burn or residual images. Easy switching between inputs (flip between TV and my computer). Speakers are okay. Change the sound settings and the volume will increase but I've been using my stereo system most of the time. Great TV would definitely recommend getting it.

My girlfriend recently bought me this tv for my birthday and ever since ive fell in love with the LG brand, i even switched my old sorry phone for the LG cosmos touch. This tv is great for everything: Movies, gaming, and many more. Im a big online gamer (love my war games), and be for i got this tv i was playing on a sorry 20" and i couldnt see anything while playing online. After i got this tv everything changed. I could see a way clearer picture and the sound was phenomenal. Its very easy to use and has a very impressive set up as far as controls and specs. I would recommend this tv to anybody! Love this TV and I am looking forward to buying more entertainment products from the LG Brand!

This is my first plasma and I can't believe how clear the picture is. LG made a great TV that is not overpriced with great quality. It was easy to set up and has a nice, sleek design. Clearly the best television I have purchased so far.

I bought the 42PT350 about 2 weeks ago. I mounted it to the wall and it has been nothing but great. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is outstanding. I liked the LG experience so much, I went and bought a new LG washer and dryer. LG has my business for now on.

I just purchased this TV and so far I am very pleased. The only thing I wish it had is wifi so I could stream movies from my DVD rental plan I have that offers streaming movies. Guess you can't get it all lol. But it does have a wonderful picture and sound quality. I'm disabled and my Tv is a very big part of my life since my mobility is limited and this TV is just the right size and the picture quality is amazing. Thanks LG for a product I'm quickly falling in love with.

Great TV...The picture this tv produces is above and beyond any other tv I had looked at and was actually cheaper than most. The ease of use and set up is outstanding. The one thing that was noted when hooked up and set up was the great picture even with bright light coming through window. This television is one of the best I had ever purchased and if like my LG phone it will give me a long service with little trouble.

We have had this for about 3 months and we love it. The picture is great. As with all plasma TVs, it needs to be in a room that can be darkened (blinds, drapes, shutters, etc), because it reflects lights that are behind you when watching it. The only two things which could be better are the time it takes to start up, which is longer than any other TV I have had, and the on-screen menus, which are pretty confusing, and very different from other TVs.
