I've been using LokSaks for several years, mainly to protect my cell phone while cycling. They alow easy access to the touchscreen controls, while providing reliable and complete waterproofing, even in the heaviest of rains. The 3x6" size easily fits an iPhone 4s or Galaxy S2, even with a slim TPU case and a few bills slid in. It's a snug but workable fit for a Galaxy S4 without any case or extras. The stem-mounted phone holder I sometimes use when I want to see the GPS functions,works equally well when the phone is in the LokSak. The main downside to the product is that over time it becomes less transparent. Small scratches and creases start to give it a hazy look and it's especially hard to see through it in bright sunlight. The LokSak is durable, but won't last forever. I can usually get several months of frequent use before the seams start to tear by the seal, or bag gets too cloudy to be useful. Since the bags wear out slowly, I haven't had issues with sudden failures or surprise leaks. Though the product's not perfect, it's a great value for the cost and outperforms many alternatives that I've tried.
