Luna Optics LN-EBG1-PRO Elite Bi-Ocular-Goggles comes with an array of advanced features, such as automatic on/off operation while connected to the head-mask (OFF when flipped up and ON when flipped down), dual IR illuminators (one invisible 905nm for close-distance reading with either constant ON switch or momentary ON button and one 805nm focusable IR for distances up to 30m (100ft), automatic gain control and light protection sensor to ensure eyes protection when accidentally exposed to the bright light. Unit also features possibility of a nitrogen gas fill to prevent fogging during extreme temperatures and it has a built-in dehydrator cartridge to remove moisture in the event of depressurization. The goggles also come with a special input allowing connection of external power supplies for working in temperatures up to minus 40deg.C when conventional batteries simply would not work.
