Like it very much
Bought about 3 weeks ago and once I got professional help to set it up, it has worked just fine.

Piece broke off in the center where it swivels.
I bought this in 2010 so it has lasted for 10 years. But I needed to pull this out away from the wall to look at the hook ups in the back. Pushed it back in and it was no longer square on the wall. I though how can this be I know it didn’t come loose from the wall. Upon further review I found a piece that had broken in the center where the tv swivels and tilts back and forth. I’m not complaining saying I won’t my money back. But these are expensive and no more than you move them around it should last a lifetime. I’m adding a picture so you can see what I’m talking about.

Excellent Product, but...
After owning an LG TV for several months, I decided to mount it and went looking for the right mounting hardware. After looking around for a while, I found this LSW400BG wall mount would exceeded my expectations for features, so I bought one on eBay, as I could not locate one for sale at any other retailer on the internet, nor did LG itself have them in stock.
Unfortunately, one of the bags of parts that was supposed to be included was missing, and over the course of several weeks and more than a dozen calls to LG support staff, I attempted to communicate my need for a replacement bag of parts. $5 worth of plastic to mate the wall mount to my TV was all I needed, and not only could a replacement not be ordered, but the support staff consistently failed to even understand what I was asking for. No matter who I spoke to, or what I asked for, no matter how detailed my request or how much research I did to be explicit with my request, nobody could help me get what I needed.
Since trying to speak with the LG support "specialists" was a total and complete failure, I considered the process a personal defeat and ended up just buying an LSW200BG (similar wall mount designed for smaller TVs) off eBay in order to get the 4 plastic connectors I needed to successfully mate my TV to the LSW400BG.
The wall mount itself is superb, but attempting to order a simple replacement part was one of the worst customer service failures I've ever encountered.
I absolutely recommend this wall mount, but god help the person who has lost a required part, as you will have to order an entirely new wall mount to get it.

Great product, high quality!
I bought this for my 47" CM565 Cinema3D tv. I installed it easily after watching a few wall mounting videos online. I had my dad help me lift and slide the tv into place and he helped me pull the tv out from the wall and set the tilt angle. I can turn the tv left or right by myself It is very secure and does not sag over time or wander from where it is set.
I am very impressed with the quality LG went with on this item! It looked very nice in the box when I first seen it! Get this for your tv if it calls for it. I paid less for this name brand mount than Wal-Mart sells their chepest brand of wall mount for so I am very very happy!
