I bought this laptop in July 2019 from Costco and having enjoyed it a lot. The laptop looks great, extremely light and easy to carry around. System is fast and very reliable. Typing is smooth and easy. However, the keyboard seems a little fragile. A few keys became loose lately and I had to have them serviced. Overall, it is one of the best laptop I have purchased.

The customer service is terrible. My laptop has been under repair for over 3 weeks now. When LG received my product, I called multiple times asking for updates. They told me it was under repair and it would be fixed within 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I called and they told me they just started working on it. When I ask for explanations and answers when I’ll receive my product back, they say they can’t help me. I am very disappointed with LG’s lack of professionalism with this matter.

I am really pleased with the unit, and it has become my primary computer now, rather than the laptop I used to use. Battery lasts for 8+ hours, good screen, and it works fast. I take it on vacation as it is so light, yet it has a nice large easy to read screen. It can also use a big screen LG television as its display which was a pleasant bonus.

I bought this laptop couple of weeks ago when Costco had promotion. I upgrade 2T M.2 MVNE SSD on top of 512 came with laptop. 2T ssd works excellently and very fast file transfer between C and D drive.

I doid a ton of research before buying a new laptop. I wanted lightweight and fast. The LG Gram delivers extremely well on both counts. Some of the review I read complained about battery life, but my laptop does great. I get about 12-14 hours on a full charge, running it down to just below 20% I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It was expensive, but definitely worth it.

Got an open box deal on ebay so I got this at a substantial discount. Just spent a few hours installing updates and software. Very impressed. It is unbelievably lightweight. Screen is huge. I am used to 13" laptops and a 12.5" Chromebook so this big widescreen seems almost too big. Keyboard feels good. A bit disappointed that LG didn't put TB3 on all of these i7 models. Also wish they would have just used USB-C charging. But overall it seems like a great machine

First impressions of the LG Gram 15 are overwhelmingly positive. It worked out of the box, and I have bony encountered any major issues or flaws. Love the combination of light weight, battery life, and performance. All prior laptops where either Dell, IBM/Lenovo, or HP. So far, I really like this LG laptop. I am considering upgrading the SSD from its current 512GB to 1 TB, and perhaps the RAM from 16GB TO 32 if possible. Still new in using this machine, will provide an update after getting more time to work on my new Gram. So far so good.

Great product! Very lightweight, so it definitely lives up to its name - I am a little worried I might bend or break it at times due to its thinness, but it seems durable enough to handle day-to-day activities. The touchscreen is a convenient feature and the battery life is also great, especially when used on the lower power settings. The only "complaint" I have is that the computer seems to get warmer than I would like if I use it while it is connected to the charger, but since I only need to charge the computer once a day at most, I can manage to charge it after hours.

I bought this six months ago. I like the light weight and the fact that the screen resolution is great. However my laptop wouldn't power up a month ago. Costco's concierge service helped troubleshoot it. It stopped powering up again this month. Costco couldn't fix it and passed me on to LG. Unfortunately their customer service has been woefully slow and inadequate and the issue is unresolved after 5 days. I am still to receive the shipment label for repairs.

The LG Computer is light and easy to take on trips. Loads quickly, and works smoothly with all of my programs. My only complaint is with the Space Bar. You have to press it hard to separate words. It is a real problem if your not looking at your screen when typing.

Although the product description says "gigabit" for LAN connectivity, you cannot achieve gigabit speeds through a wired gigabit connection with this laptop. Oddly, WiFi speeds are much faster than a hardline with this model. The max for hardline connection is 100 Mbps; wireless went up to 300 Mbps. Hardline is preferable for stability. This laptop was tested using the same connection as other laptop/desktop which could achieve over 900 Mbps for uploads and downloads, so the issue is not the connection. This is the only major downside to this laptop. Unfortunate that the product description is misleading.

I purchased a 15.6" LG Gram for myself and I couldn't be happier and have been recommending this unit right and left. It is powerful but light as a feather without comprimising on display size. About the only thing that I could ask for is the ability to add an manufacturer extended warranty & perhaps some certified thunderbolt docks (LG or 3rd party)........ but these are not deal killers. I was concerned that such a light laptop might be flimsy, but I am please to say that it is solid. Go buy one.

I bought my 15.6" LG Gram 4 months ago. The first thing I noticed is how incredibly light it is. The tiny bezel also makes it very compact for a 15.6" laptop. I love how fast it boots up, using my fingerprint for ID. The color accuracy of the display compares very well with the 24" color-calibrated professional display on my desktop computer. The touchscreen is very responsive to a light touch. The keyboard is nicely spaced with keys that have a good feel. It's performance using Lightroom is very good. I wish it had a built-in SD-card reader, but a very small USB 3 compatible card reader works very well when connected to one of the USB 3 port. Finally, battery life is really good. I easily get a day's use on a charge. Overall, I'm thrilled with this laptop!

I bought this laptop a month ago as I needed an upgrade from my struggling 6 year-old laptop and wanted something lightweight with a great battery life. I love it so far and think I made a great decision. The biggest issue I had at the beginning was trying to turn off the on-screen notification whenever I hit the caps lock button, but I resolved that with some googling. I do wish this particular model came with Thunderbolt-C just because it would be nice to have, but I don't really have any major complaints with the laptop so far! It's a bit pricey, but I figured the battery life and weight were worth it.

i like the touch screen as a option to use instead of the wireless mouse. I also was pleased with the easy set up routine. Backup lighting on keys can be low or high which is a nice option.
